David is a systems and payroll specialist with expertise in many of the industry leading HCM, Applicant Tracking, and payroll providers. He specializes in system implementations and optimizations, ensuring that the client receives the product configured to their unique needs. David has worked implementations and conversions for organizations ranging from fewer than 100 employees in size to greater than 3,500. Utilizing test scripts customized for the specific needs of each client, David ensures a thorough User Acceptance Testing process and a seamless transition experience for all users.
Tara Jones has more than a decade of experience in project and program management, business process improvement, and operational risk assessment. Tara has managed projects across all sectors (public, private, and non-profit) utilizing best practices to achieve project goals. Tara has specialized experience in risk assessment, business continuity, and emergency preparedness. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). She holds both a B.A. and a PhD from Cornell University.
Stephen’s background includes human resources operations experience in both corporate and consulting roles. He has designed, implemented, and administered HRIS, compensation and benefits programs for organizations big and small, and in a variety of industries. His systems experience includes HRIS implementation, optimization, and operations across many systems, including ADP, UltiPro, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Workday, and SuccessFactors. In the compensation arena, he has designed salary structures, both administered and participated in compensation surveys, and implemented a variety of job evaluation algorithms. His benefits experience includes time in both fully- and self-insured atmospheres.
